Step 1: Add Support Band The universal sun shade can be added to almost any outdoor chair. The elastic chair strap needs to slide over the top of the chair with the connector clip facing the back of the chair. |

Step 2: Slide Shade into Support Band Now you are ready to slide the universal sun shade into the chair strap. Make sure and slide the smaller end with the connector clip into place. |

Step 3: Connect Clip After you get the shade into the chair strap connect the clip at the back of the chair. You may need to pull the shade up slightly to get it into the correct alignment. |

Step 4: Connect Draw Cords Attach the cords to the arms of the chair by pulling them down and either loop them around the chair arms or use the attached velcro. At this point you will see the shade take shape. |

Step 5: Extend The Support Poles Extend the support rods the proper level. This will give more head clearance. Now sit down and press the button on the adjuster, pull the short end of the cord to adjust the shade to block the sun. |
